These terms govern access to and use of rymetrix.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. About this website

The website provides general information about Rymetrix and potential technology and business services. It is intended for informational and inquiry purposes only. Website content may be changed, corrected, suspended, or removed without notice.

2. No client relationship or service commitment

Sending an email, calling, or speaking with Rymetrix does not by itself create a client, adviser, managed-support, or other professional relationship. Rymetrix is not required to accept a request. A service relationship begins only when the parties agree to a written quotation, proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

The website, email address, and phone number are not monitored as emergency services. Do not rely on them for urgent safety, security, medical, legal, financial, or emergency assistance.

3. Quotes, scope, and paid services

Service availability, pricing, taxes, deposits, recurring fees, locations, response expectations, timelines, deliverables, exclusions, client responsibilities, warranties, cancellation, and payment terms will be set out in the applicable written agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that service.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

Technology, repair, recovery, network, website, automation, lead, review, search, and business results depend on systems and factors outside Rymetrix’s control. No uptime, data recovery, cybersecurity, search ranking, lead volume, revenue, review score, response time, or other result is guaranteed unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and only request work or access you are authorized to approve. Clients may be responsible for lawful content, licences, permissions, backups, equipment, account access, safe working conditions, timely decisions, and cooperation, as further described in a service agreement.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identification, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.

6. Third-party products and services

The website and Rymetrix services may refer to or depend on third-party hardware, software, hosting, telecommunications, cloud platforms, payment services, or vendors. Third parties control their own products, availability, security, pricing, terms, and privacy practices. A reference or link does not guarantee or endorse every aspect of a third-party service.

7. Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Rymetrix name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and other website content are owned by Rymetrix or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own lawful, non-commercial evaluation of Rymetrix services. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, modify, or create misleading derivative uses of website content without written permission.

Ownership and licences for work created for a client are governed by the applicable service agreement and may depend on full payment and third-party licence terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to break the law, violate another person’s rights, submit false or harmful material, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, interfere with operation or communications, harvest information, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

9. Privacy

Rymetrix handles personal information as described in the privacy policy. By submitting information, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without representations or warranties of completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rymetrix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the website, reliance on website content, a third-party site, or an unsuccessful email or phone communication. Any liability connected with paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to rights that cannot legally be limited, disputes concerning the website will be brought before the courts located in Ontario.

13. Changes and severability

Rymetrix may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued website use after an update means the revised terms apply. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
